Confirm the personal details
Check the recipient’s preferred initials and color. If it is a surprise, a one-letter design may be simpler than guessing an unfamiliar middle initial. Review monogram letter order before submitting.
Compare the complete selection
Displayed retail prices include the chosen personalization and free ground shipping; sales tax depends on the delivery address. Size, color, and finish can change the price. The studio shows your selected combination.
Leave time for review and delivery
Requests are unpaid and must be confirmed before production begins. Production takes 3 business days after confirmation, payment, and artwork approval, followed by estimated ground transit. Do not treat the request date as the production start date, especially for holiday or event gifts.
