Monogrammer LLC aims to make Monogrammer.com usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility; this notice is not a certification of ADA or WCAG conformance.

Features available

The site includes labeled form controls, text descriptions for product images, keyboard focus indicators, and skip links. The catalog, product descriptions, and guides are available as text-based pages. The studio supports keyboard adjustments for selected artwork as well as pointer dragging. New catalog and guide pages respect reduced-motion preferences.

Known limitations

The monogram editor and product previews are highly visual. Some interactions, third-party services, and combinations of browser and assistive technology may present barriers. A comprehensive independent accessibility audit and complete assistive-technology testing have not been completed. An accessibility statement alone does not establish conformance.

Request assistance or report a barrier

Contact help@monogrammer.com or use our support form if you have trouble accessing information, personalizing a product, or submitting a request. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, the problem encountered, and your preferred way to receive a response. If comfortable, include your browser and assistive technology; do not send sensitive medical information.

You can ask for product information or help describing your desired initials and placement without completing the visual editor. We will review the request and work with you on an appropriate accessible way to proceed. You do not need to make a purchase to report an accessibility issue.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility feedback helps identify and prioritize barriers. WCAG guidance is a useful reference for improvements, but we do not claim a specific conformance level based solely on this notice. Nothing in this notice limits rights under applicable law.
