Yes. Monogrammer accepts personalization requests starting at one piece. Available colors, sizes, stock, and decoration suitability are reviewed before an order is confirmed.

Can I pay online now?

The site currently accepts unpaid requests for review. No payment is taken when you submit your bag, and a request is not a confirmed order. Availability, artwork, and address-based tax are checked before the next steps are confirmed.

How long does personalization take?

Production takes 3 business days after order confirmation, payment receipt, and artwork approval. Ground transit usually takes another 2–5 business days in the contiguous U.S. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories require additional transit time. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Can I move or resize my monogram?

Yes. Open a product in the design studio, drag your monogram to position it, and use the corner handle to resize it. Your preview records approximate placement; production checks the usable decoration area.

Are the photos exact finished-product samples?

The gallery contains illustrated embroidery examples. Selected catalog colors use recreated front-facing photos to make designing easier; other photos are supplier references. Color, scale, texture, and placement are approximate and may differ from the finished item.

How are my initials arranged?

Enter first, middle, and last initials into the labeled fields. Traditional three-letter styles place the last initial in the larger center position. Modern styles use first–middle–last order. One- and two-letter designs are also available.

Do all items support embroidery and printing?

No. Available finishes depend on the product. The product page lists the available options, and production reviews the fabric, design, and placement before confirmation.
