Can I order just one piece?+

Yes. Monogrammer is designed for orders starting at one piece, whether you are making something for yourself or a gift.

What order should my initials go in?+

Enter your first, middle, and last initials as labeled. Traditional three-letter styles place your last initial in the center, larger than the others. Modern styles keep your initials in first-middle-last order. You can also use just one or two initials.

Can I choose embroidery or printing?+

Yes. Select your finish while personalizing a product. The available options depend on the item and decoration area. The previews show the design and approximate placement; thread, fabric, and production will affect the finished appearance.

Where do the products come from?+

Our starting collection is sourced from S&S Activewear’s public product catalog. Product options are synced through our private supplier connection. Stock snapshots must be rechecked before ordering; displayed retail prices include personalization and free ground shipping. Sales tax is based on your delivery address. Not every supplier style is eligible for retail or every decoration method.

When will my personalized pieces arrive?+

Ground shipping is free on every order. Production takes 3 business days after your order is confirmed, payment is received, and artwork is approved. Ground transit usually takes another 2–5 business days in the contiguous U.S. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories need additional transit time. Your bag shows estimated dates for your destination; dates are estimates, not guarantees.

How do I request my personalized pieces?+

Create your design, personalize products, and send your bag as an unpaid request for review. We will check availability, artwork, and address-based tax before confirming the next steps. A request is not a confirmed order, and no payment is taken. Listed prices include the selected personalization; ground shipping is free and sales tax is based on your delivery address.
